Christingle services provide an opportunity for the whole family to spend time together before the excitement of Christmas night. This service always has a lovely atmosphere – with a Christingle orange for children and the young at heart.
Due to a significant increase in numbers at Emmanuel in recent years, we are now offering two Christingle services at 3.30 and 5.30 pm on Christmas Eve. This will enable more people to have a better experience rather than the 100’s stuck in the lobby because the church is full. These services will be ticketed.

Offerings from our Christmas services will be shared between the following organisations, both of whom are working with vulnerable children:
- Operation Christmas Child Distributing shoeboxes in Eastern Europe & Africa
- Philippine Community Fund Supporting children in Asia through social enterprise
