It’s almost hard to believe we’ve reached the end of yet another year. The Cricket, Netball and Rugby World Cups seem distant memories. However, there is one final event of the year still to come. In fact, it’s the greatest event of all – the time to celebrate when God sent His Son, Jesus, to be our Saviour.
There’s no doubt this is amazing news, which is well worth celebrating, as we remember how Jesus came into this world to change the way we live. But we all know the true meaning of Christmas can often be lost in the busyness of the festive season.
May we invite you, and your family and friends, to celebrate Christmas with us at Emmanuel? As you will see from this leaflet, we have events to suit every age group, and every taste, in the lead up to Christmas. Be sure to mark these dates in your diary and don’t miss out on celebrating the greatest Christmas gift of all. A year is a long time to wait if you miss out.
