CANCELLED A final decision to cancel this event was taken on 12 July.  Whilst open air events are now able to take place, we weren’t able to fit in an event in Billericay in The Pantaloons new schedule. If you have bought tickets WGT will contact you direct and give you a full refund.  You can always buy a ticket for The Event That Never Happened as a way to support The Pantaloons in this difficult time for them.

NB. The Pantaloons are hoping this event will still go ahead – as am I. Current advice from the Government suggests there is a chance that some socially-distanced events may be allowed to take place from a yet-to-be-decided point in July. More information here

I’m delighted to welcome the marvellous, madcap and crazily inventive Pantaloons Theatre Company back to Billericay to perform their own twist on William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night in the Rectory Garden on Sunday 26 July 2020.

Doors open at 4.00 pm, performance starts at 5.00 pm

Get in a fight. Cross-dress. Throw on some yellow stockings. Love can make you do the funniest things…!

This funny, fast-paced and faithful new adaptation from the critically acclaimed Pantaloons Theatre Company features their own brand of open-air Shakespeare mayhem. Family-friendly fun with live music and audience participation!

Part alternative rock band, part thespian … wholly charming.

The Pantaloons are firm favourites here in Billericay and all of their past shows (Pride & Prejudice, A Christmas Carol, The Importance Of Being Earnest and Sense & Sensibility) were sell-outs and I expect tickets for this event will sell very quickly too – so don’t delay.

TICKETS are very reasonably priced at: Adults £15 & fees (gate £18) / 11-17 yrs £8 & fees (gate £10) / under 10’s free! You can purchase these from

PROCEEDS from this event will go to Riding For Adam (click on the picture below for more information). Friends of mine, James and Mark, are cycling from New York to L.A, via Route 66, in the late summer of 2020. raising funds in memory of Adam to support Cancer Research UK so that 3 out of 4 people survive cancer by 2034.
